Q & A
What kind of work do you want to do?
After four years of volunteering at a women's shelter and helping girls, I find that I love the kind of work that empowers women's lives, restores their dignity, and gives them hope for the future. I want to advocate for those repressed and provide a platform for their voices so that their stories are heard. It's only when we know of injustice that we can act to end it. The librarian in me would love to have education and literacy as an element in the work that I do.
